Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely, organized manner
Manage reservations, phone and email inquiries, and walk-in arrivals
Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate seating times
Provide information on menus, specials, and resort amenities
Coordinate with servers, kitchen, and villa-delivery teams for smooth flow
Ensure lobby and host station remain clean, tidy, and welcoming
Handle guest requests, special seating arrangements, and VIP services
Support front-of-house team during peak service hours
