Waiter/Waitress

Job Purpose

The core purpose of a waiter in our establishment is to ensure that all our customers enjoy their meals and the overall dining experience at our restaurant. The waiter should be well-versed with all the menu items and should be able to provide suggestions and take orders effectively. Additionally, the waiter is responsible for serving food and beverages in a timely manner, addressing customer concerns promptly, and managing payments.

• Ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail when dealing with customers
• Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously by managing multiple tables efficiently
• Handling payments accurately and addressing any customer concerns immediately
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu to assist customers in their selections
