We Are Seeking

We need to expand our team with the following roles:

• AI and Machine Learning Specialist Task: Develop and train a CNN model with TensorFlow for image analysis of traffic conditions. Integrate data from CMOS cameras and sensors.
  Requirements: Experience with Python, TensorFlow/Keras, and deep learning. Understanding of real-time processing is a benefit.
  Merits: Previous work on traffic safety projects or LiDAR data.

• Hardware Engineer (Sensor Integration)Task: Design and integrate CMOS cameras, infrared sensors, GPS modules, and LiDAR units into a prototype. Connect these to an electrically activated film for dynamic blind screening.
  Requirements: Experience in electronic design, Raspberry Pi/Jetson Nano, and sensor calibration. Knowledge of vehicle integration is meritorious.
  Merits: Previous work with electrochromic/PDLC films or vehicle prototypes.

• Traffic Safety Expert Task: Provide guidance on safety standards, design test protocols, and analyze data from field tests with professional drivers.
  Requirements: Background in traffic safety (e.g., from NHTSA or VTI) and experience working with vehicle-related innovations.
  Merits: Experience with CE marking or pilot studies.

• Test Driver and Field Coordinator Task: Conduct field tests with prototypes in real-life traffic conditions, collect data, and provide feedback for further development.
  Requirements: Valid driving license, experience as a professional driver (e.g., taxi or logistics), and ability to document tests.
  Merits: Knowledge of night driving or traffic safety.
