The Technical Coordinator plays a critical role in driving the efficiency, reliability, and alignment of all technical operations. This position ensures that the organization鈥檚 technology initiatives run smoothly, team efforts remain well-coordinated, and technical priorities are executed in line with business objectives. Acting as the central point between technical support, cybersecurity, and management teams, the role maintains operational structure, ensures technical accuracy, and oversees the flow of work across all projects and platforms, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Defender, Windows 365, and other cloud services.
This position is also responsible for reviewing technical processes, identifying operational risks, and optimizing service delivery to ensure issues are addressed before they impact performance. By maintaining clear visibility across systems and teams, the coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the technical department and plays a key role in strengthening execution, improving collaboration, and ensuring consistent service excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day technical activities to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Track project progress, service desk requests, and cybersecurity operations, ensuring smooth communication across all technical units.
- Support workload planning, task prioritization, and alignment of technical efforts with business needs.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases to support consistent and efficient operations.
- Oversee implementation schedules and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
- Review processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, or operational risks.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and management for project updates, escalations, follow-ups, and status reporting.
- Support the adoption and integration of Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Monitor and track SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics to ensure service quality targets are met and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Contribute to incident response coordination and follow-up on post-resolution actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members and ensure clear communication channels between departments.
- Analyze recurring technical issues and propose improvements to support processes.
- Schedule weekly meetings with the technical team to review ongoing issues, share updates, and align priorities.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive knowledge resources to enhance team capability and support effective problem-solving.
- Stay current with the latest cloud technology trends by actively researching and exploring advancements in Microsoft cloud services.
- Prepare for and pursue Microsoft certifications to further develop expertise and gain recognized credentials in cloud technologies.
