Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the aircraft cabin.
Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and provide safety demonstrations.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company policies.
Serve food, beverages, and provide onboard customer support.
Monitor passenger well-being and manage special requests or concerns.
Handle emergency situations, administer first aid if required, and coordinate with the flight crew.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
Teamwork, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
High school diploma or equivalent; airline training certification preferred.
