Pipeline Oversight: Actively monitor and manage settlements in your pipeline, ensuring proactive follow-up and clear communication with stakeholders.
System Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in Salesforce to ensure full visibility and continuity across the team.
Compliance & Best Practice: Stay informed of changes to the settlement process, industry guidelines, and internal policies to ensure alignment with best practices.
Client Communication: Respond to client queries and concerns related to settlement and closing, delivering clear, supportive, and timely guidance.
Complex Issue Handling: Navigate and support resolution of complex issues, including those related to property titles and liens.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support seamless client experiences.
Judgement & Escalation: Apply sound judgement in handling client files, escalating matters promptly when risks or issues arise.
