- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and trends
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop strong, performance-led messaging
- Ensure campaigns are driven by data, customer insight and commercial objectives.
Budget Ownership & Optimisation
- Manage and allocate significant media budgets across channels
- Optimise channel mix to maximise ROI and customer quality
- Forecast performance and proactively adjust investment based on results.
Performance Improvement
- Continuously test, learn and optimise through structured experimentation
- Improve CPA, conversion rates and incrementality
- Discover and test CRO opportunities across web, app and funnels
- Work closely with analytics to refine attribution and measurement frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with product, broker network and retail initiatives
- Provide clear, commercially focused reporting to senior stakeholders
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
