Job Description

Support investigations into broker, franchisee, buyers agent and employee conduct from an administrative and factual perspective.
Review and collate information and evidence, including emails, documents, system records and alerts.
Create and maintain investigation files, evidence logs, timelines and document registers.
Assist the investigation manager, including with drafting investigation summaries and reports under Legal or Compliance oversight.
Review alerts, system reports and data loss or information security reports to support fact-finding.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and clarify factual matters.
Support secure handling and organisation of sensitive investigation materials, including in-office file management where required.
