This is a dual鈥憄athway role designed for someone who will join our team as a Client Support Specialist (CSS) for the first six months, supporting Aussie Conveyancing leads, clients, and brokers. After successfully completing the onboarding and development period, the role transitions into a Conveyancing Administrator, supporting the delivery of conveyancing services through accurate file setup, documentation management, and client coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client contact, is highly organised, and is keen to build a career in the conveyancing industry.
Phase 1 (First 6 Months): Client Support Specialist
Purpose of the Role
To manage inbound and outbound communication for Aussie Conveyancing referrals, guide clients through the upgrade process, and ensure smooth handovers into the conveyancing workflow.

Phase 2: Conveyancing Administrator (after six months)
After completing the first six months as a Client Support Specialist and building strong knowledge of our clients, systems, and processes, the role transitions into the Conveyancing Administrator position. This next phase focuses on supporting the conveyancing process through structured, task鈥慴ased administrative work.
Brief Description of the Next Role
As a Conveyancing Administrator, the team member will support the early stages of a property transaction. This includes setting up new matters, preparing and organising documents, running property searches, and ensuring files are complete and ready for review by the Conveyancer. The work is administrative and process鈥慸riven, with no legal advice required. The goal of this role is to ensure all documentation is accurate, properly filed, and available so the Conveyancer can progress the matter efficiently.
