At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:
- Competitive pay - from £14.00 to £15.00 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates - from £28 per hour
- Minimum 2 hour calls– with client matching for continuity.
- We have morning, afternoon and evening visits available, you will be with the client for a minimum of 3 hours at a time but often longer, sometimes for the whole day - We offer either part time or full time hours based on your availabilities.
- You receive your schedule a month in advance based on your availabilites
- Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and opportunities to develop your career further

- Companionship and wellbeing support
- Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
- Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
