PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Drive website traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and increase the leads number through existing marketing channels and online platforms
- Produce marketing materials for online channels including website, social media and external online media
- Monitor performance and results of digital marketing campaigns
- Work with internal and external parties to deliver contents of high professional standards
- Explore and evaluate new marketing channels (both online & offline) suitable for our services and market segments, and proactively bring in new ideas and update market trend
- Gather market intelligence and research to gain customer insight
- Support effective and creative marketing strategies for exhibitions and related products via different channels
- Work as a team to assist the total success of all exhibition products, e.g. physical exhibitions and conferences coordination
