Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in growing the Omdia line of business. In this position, you will generate revenue by developing qualified opportunities through phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach for our Account Executives.
Location & Schedule
- Office-based position: Minimum 4 days in our Newton, Massachusetts office
- Start date: January 2026
Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000
- Monthly bonuses: Performance-based with no cap on commissions
- Earning potential: $70K OTE, uncapped - the more you achieve, the more you earn!
Essential Job Functions:
- Generate sales qualified leads for Account Executives
- Complete 60+ outbound calls against an assigned territory
- Leverage email and LinkedIn to build pipeline
- Manage and convert marketing leads into opportunities
- Master utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Sales Navigator
- Participate in weekly meetings recognizing achievements, exchanging valuable insights and collaborating to overcome challenges
