Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Growth
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of brand and agency opportunities for our on-campus programmes at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity (Brand Academy, CMO, etc)
- Commercially lead on the geographical expansion of our CMO Accelerator programme
- Support with the commercial plans for the Effie Bootcamp programmes
- Prospect and qualify new leads across multiple industries and sectors
- Present cutting-edge on-campus courses to marketing specialists
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy
- Expand the customer base within targeted sectors
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
- Enhance client loyalty and reduce churn through exceptional service deliver
- Increase repeat business and long-term partnerships
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Provide accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
- Identify and strategize new business opportunities across different sectors
Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Present to senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds
- Collaborate effectively across global time zones
