Job Description

Proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement in the system and provide solutions through automation of manual processes
Identify, evaluate, and document potential data sources, system improvements and deliverable opportunities
Continuously produce actionable information for Informa teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, CS and senior management)
Collect & analyze large data sets and help to delivery useful information and recommendations to business decisions
Interact with business stakeholders and conduct detailed data analysis on data and system flow
Provide high level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activities
Is a data ambassador for the company and leads data-drive concept adoption approach within the team to accelerate the business digital transformation
Works collaboratively across the teams and wider support teams
