We鈥檙e hiring a commercially driven, insight-led Commercial Marketing Manager (Contractor) to support the execution of high-performing campaigns across a portfolio of global B2B events. You鈥檒l work across cybersecurity, fintech, and tech, helping us generate high-quality leads, support sales conversion, and hit ambitious revenue targets.
This is a contract-based, remote or Riyadh-based role, ideal for a self-sufficient marketing expert who鈥檚 confident in owning campaign delivery and using data to steer performance.
馃敼 What You'll Deliver
Within your first 12 months, you鈥檒l:
- Deliver marketing campaigns on time, within deadline and at a consistently high standard.
- Support the marketing team to contribute 5-15% of total revenue (event-depending) through MQL generation and nurture.
- Use our tech stack to build automations, segment data, and report insights that highlight what鈥檚 working (and what isn鈥檛).
馃敼 Responsibilities
- Lead on the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, content, digital, automation).
- Build audience segments and automations in CRM (Salesforce, Eloqua, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with the brand, attendee marketing, and sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insight-based recommendations for optimisation.
- Apply AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up content production and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Identify trends and opportunities for repurposing campaign assets across the portfolio.
- Support development of future marketing strategies based on campaign analysis and commercial performance.
