The Head of Campaign Delivery, Marketing is responsible for overseeing the organization, fulfillment, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all channels. This individual will partner with a team of high-performance marketing managers and specialists, with the goal of ensuring all campaign activity is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company鈥檚 strategic and commercial objectives. The role requires a strong blend of critical systems thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving to drive successful marketing performance that delivers against core goals and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Tactical, Effective Execution:
- Own the tactical laydown, operational fulfillment and tracking of an annual, omnichannel event marketing campaign delivery plan aligned with the company鈥檚 overall marketing and business objectives
- Implement the strategy and creative direction set by the VP of Marketing with a focus on cohesion, execution and measurement
- Ensure campaigns are integrated across channels, including digital, media partners, social media, PR, email, events, automation and traditional media
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from execution to post-campaign analysis
- Manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery and avoid overlaps or resource conflicts
- Ensure campaigns are tailored to target audiences and optimized for maximum impact
Team Management:
- Effectively operationalize campaigns with channel inputs from specialists roles across brand, product, seo, paid and pr
- Foster a culture of excellence, unity and accountability within the team
- Provide organizational management best practices
- Work closely with operations and central teams to organize campaign integration
Budget and Resource Management:
- Oversee PO management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns
- Use insights to continuously refine campaign strategies and improve outcomes
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, creative, and digital teams, to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies and partners involved in campaign delivery
