Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and personable Project Management Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of media partnership agreements, along with other strategic projects in the Strategy Office, with a strong focus on project management, coordinating and tracking deliverables, managing invoices, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Deliverable Tracking
- Maintain project timelines, task lists, and status reports to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, finance, etc.) and external partners to coordinate the execution of projects and partnership agreements.
- Monitor and document the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including media placements, promotional activities, onsite event activations and content deliverables.
Trade Coordination
- Facilitate the execution of trade agreements, ensuring all negotiated trades (e.g., ad placements, booth, or event participation) are accurately tracked and delivered.
Invoice Submission & Financial Coordination
- Assist in the preparation and submission of invoices to the finance team for processing.
- Track and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with partnership agreements.
- Work with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments or billing.
KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for media partnerships, including reach, impressions, ROI, and more.
- Assist the team in compiling and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of partnerships to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports to share performance metrics with internal stakeholders.
