The Presales Lead is a strategic orchestrator who deepens customer partnerships by creating a transparent roadmap for successful architecture and Databricks platform adoption. Your mission is to exceed client expectations throughout the entire lifecycle - from the initial vision and engagement orchestration to final delivery and ongoing value realization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Engagement Manager (EM) to scale operations across a high-impact German Enterprise patch of over 400 accounts. You will act as the primary bridge between internal sales teams and partner delivery teams, translating complex use cases into robust proposals and driving the "land and expand" motion through professional services.
What Will You Do?
Strategic Growth: Identify untapped service opportunities by analyzing customer use cases and articulating the business value of upselling or extending services.
Target Achievement: Lead high-priority opportunities to meet and exceed Professional Services and Training booking and revenue targets.
Solution Architecture: Consult with clients to define engagement scope, technical requirements, timelines, and costs, taking full ownership of the Statement of Work (SOW) development.
Operational Leadership: Resolve delivery hurdles, navigate resource constraints, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless project execution.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align on campaigns, program content, and overall customer mission.
