What you鈥檒l do
- Partner with managers to understand team dynamics and translate business needs into practical people solutions.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for teams, someone employees feel comfortable approaching and managers rely on for thoughtful support.
- Design and run employee engagement initiatives, from creative ideas to execution, especially in a distributed and online environment.
- Create opportunities for teams to connect, communicate, and collaborate better across locations and functions.
- Facilitate sessions, workshops, or discussions that help teams share ideas, learn from each other, and stay aligned.
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and proactively suggest initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture.
- Explore new tools and approaches that can improve how HR works, including experimenting with modern technologies and AI-driven solutions.
- Support leaders with workforce planning, team growth discussions, and people-related decisions.
Participate in salary and headcount planning processes to ensure decisions remain fair, transparent, and aligned with business priorities. - Collaborate closely with the HR team and other functions to continuously improve the overall employee experience.
