Structuring and organizing HR-related documents (collection of pre-onboarding documents, preparation of employment contracts, addendums, etc.) according to labor law requirements;
Provide support in onboarding, facilitate employee well-being, and ensure that everything is prepared for the first day;
Manage various HR queries and follow-up activities ad-hoc if needed;
Ensure that the internal employee database is up-to-date and integrate information;
Support the team in global HR projects that align with the global business strategy;
Collaborate with payroll providers, tax advisors, and other external parties;
Track if payroll data is integrated in an accurate way into the HRIS (salary increases, promotions, personal data changes, time-off, sick leave, etc.);
Ensure that all payroll-related events are tracked in a proper way and on time in order to meet payroll submission deadlines;
Provide accurate and timely support in relocation projects by collecting necessary documents and ensuring a timely and appropriate action;
Ensure that residence and work permit renewals are handled on time;
Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy;
Support the HR manager in strategic HR projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks;
Receive and sort incoming mail and manage outgoing mail;
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports;
Organize and budget team activities and company events in Poland.
