We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Customer Success Specialist who can take full ownership of the end-to-end customer lifecycle for our AI-powered platform, NOA.
NOA reduces the workload of healthcare professionals, automates operational processes, and enables physicians to dedicate more time to patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible not only for new customer acquisition but also for managing the entire journey — from onboarding and satisfaction to growth and churn management. You will present advanced AI solutions to healthcare professionals, clearly communicate the ROI of our technology, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
🎯 Responsibilities
🧩 Solution-Oriented Sales (50%)
Analyze customer needs and effectively communicate NOA’s value proposition
Clearly demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of our AI solutions
Position prospects accurately and manage the full sales cycle
📈 Sales & Customer Lifecycle Management (30%)
Manage the entire process from lead generation to closing
Coordinate post-sale onboarding and ensure effective product adoption
Regularly monitor customer satisfaction
Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities (farming)
Proactively detect churn risks and take preventive action
🤝 Strategic Customer Relationships (20%)
Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective clients
Closely follow healthcare industry challenges and evolving needs
Share customer feedback with product and internal teams to contribute to continuous improvement
