Responsible for the claims handling overall for Gadget / MPAR category
Ensure that the SLA targets that have been set for each client can be achieved well in terms of review and payment
Ensure that the aftersales vendors can run well in the workflow which includes Service Center / Logistics Providers / others as necessary
Control the daily activities of the Claims Analyst team in making sure they are working productively to resolve claims within SLA and within guidelines for Gadget / MPAR category
Create client and insurer claim loss ratio performance reports, weekly, monthly for Gadget / MPAR category
Establish good relationships with Claims team in insurers to ensure smooth working flow
Able to negotiate strongly to insurers on behalf of customers claim needs and queries
Hold a daily morning briefing with the claims team to discuss claims pending statuses and handling of incoming claims and backlog for Gadget / MPAR category
Actively evaluate current SOPs in claims handling and work towards improvement in processes
