We are seeking a high-potential Regional Corporate Communications Intern who is curious, motivated, and eager to contribute to meaningful work. The selected candidate will support and help evolve a growing communications discipline โ working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Key Responsibilities:
Supporting a Growing Communications Discipline
- Assist in the execution and refinement of the North America corporate communications strategy.
- Translate business priorities into clear, audience-aligned communication.
- Contribute to building structure and scalable processes as the discipline matures.
Executive and Strategic Communication
- Support preparation of executive-ready materials for regional leadership.
- Assist with leadership messaging, internal announcements, and strategic updates.
- Ensure alignment between regional initiatives and global communication direction.
Engagement and Channel Development
- Contribute to strengthening internal communication channels and engagement efforts.
- Support content planning aligned with defined business-value objectives.
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and identifying opportunities to improve clarity and reach.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work across functional disciplines throughout North America, supporting communication needs across the business.
- Partner particularly closely with Digital and People & Culture to align messaging, engagement initiatives, and platform evolution.
- Support coordination between North America and Global Corporate Communications (BGH).
- Identify and elevate communication-relevant themes emerging across the organization.

- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform next-phase maturity.
- Support tracking progress against communication objectives.
- Contribute ideas that elevate transparency, alignment, and leadership visibility.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
