Job Description
Lead and manage the execution of cross-functional technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. This role involves defining project strategies, understanding complex business contexts, and driving delivery in fast-paced environments with evolving scopes and priorities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, comfortable working with ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
This role may involve collaboration with US-based clients (PST) and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across client engagements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, forecasts, and status reports.
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives.
- Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
- Communicate project status regularly, manage expectations, and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed deadlines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure high quality of delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder readouts as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with, mentor, and coach other project managers, contributing to continuous improvement of delivery and agile practices.
