Our global payments and financial services client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support their global B2B product marketing organization in executing high-impact digital marketing activations for new and existing enterprise solutions. This role will focus on bringing structure, momentum, and operational rigor to marketing campaigns, enabling the core product marketing team to focus on strategy, research, and messaging.
This is a highly visible, execution-focused role ideal for a senior marketing leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
The Details:
- Location: Remote within the U.S. (San Francisco area preferred).
- Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting role with the possibility of extension (must be able to work on Blend鈥檚 W2)

What you鈥檒l do:
Campaign & Activation Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of B2B digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Translate high-level product marketing strategies into actionable activation plans and timelines.
- Oversee campaign launches and ensure initiatives move smoothly from planning through delivery.
Content & Channel Management
- Plan and manage the creation of digital content across platforms, including blogs, webinars, infographics, and derivative assets.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose core content into multi-channel campaigns.
- Support LinkedIn and cross-channel content strategy to drive engagement and reach.
Project & Program Management
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Assign, track, and manage tasks across internal teams and agency partners.
- Maintain accountability for deliverables and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Provide regular status updates and clear communication on progress, timelines, and blockers.
- Drive alignment across teams in a complex, matrixed organizational environment.
