We are building a new IT team part of IT Business Applications Finance group for the Treasury, Tax, Risk & Law domain and are looking for motivated professionals who want to take ownership of diverse IT services and develop modern SAP technologies with us. Unlike traditional SAP module teams, we manage over 40 services across a variety of technologies and platforms ā a true unique position in our IT landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- SAP Development & Technology Enablement
- Support the implementation of SAP-related developments like SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, BTP, CAP, NodeJS;
- Contribute to the teamās internal development capabilities and foster know-how in emerging SAP technologies;
- Actively shape and drive innovation and digitalization initiatives using new SAP tools (e.g., Fiori, BTP, SAC, CAP, NodeJS);
- Requirements & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with business departments to gather, assess, and translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Create functional and technical concepts for the implementation of IT solutions;
- Take over project responsibility ā including planning, execution, and progress monitoring;
- Service Ownership & Solution Management
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned IT services;
- Drive the full service lifecycle and ensure high service quality and performance;
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and consultants;
- Operations & Support
- Ensure stable and secure operation of all assigned services;
- Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordinate global key user support;
- Manage interfaces, optimize technical processes, and resolve incidents collaboratively;
- Knowledge Building & Enablement
- Build and maintain comprehensive service documentation and knowledge sharing within the team;
- Conduct trainings and support international rollouts and onboarding activities.
