- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, attractions, and service providers to secure the best experiences for our guests
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detail
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay
- Manage the daily roster and performance of all concierge team members

- Stay informed about local events, attractions, and hospitality trends to provide up-to-date recommendations to guests
