We are seeking a visionary and decisive Account Director Leisure to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the leisure and hospitality sector, driving business development, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value leisure and hospitality clients in Phu Quoc and the wider region
- Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios
- Lead a team of account managers, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve targets and KPIs
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and retain existing accounts
- Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
