During your 3-year apprenticeship, you’ll actively support and rotate through all of our key operational departments – gaining a holistic understanding of the restaurant in the hotel world from day one.
- In our restaurant areas – breakfast, à la carte service, and the evening restaurant business – you’ll learn the full A–Z of service while working closely with our team.
- At our Dachboden Bar, you'll mix cocktails alongside experienced bartenders and create memorable guest moments high above the rooftops of Vienna.
- In our banqueting department, you’ll support service operations and get involved in planning and executing seminars, events, and celebrations.
- On top of that, you'll gain valuable insights into our Purchase & Logistics department, where you’ll learn about inventory management, cost control, and the flow of goods within the hotel.
- You’ll also get a short behind-the-scenes look into our kitchen, discovering how dishes are prepared, workflows are organized, and how the culinary team brings creativity to the plate.
