We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reservations Team Leader to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our reservation department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximising revenue through efficient booking processes.
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the reservation department
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of reservation agents to maintain high service standards
- Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyse booking trends and occupancy rates to optimise revenue and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle complex reservation enquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
- Generate and analyse reports on reservation performance and key metrics
- Stay updated on local and international hospitality trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese hospitality regulations and standards
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations
