- Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns, offering professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Implement and maintain outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve excellence in guest service
- Monitor and analyse outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Assist in organising and executing special events and promotions
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency
