We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Steward to join our team at our prestigious establishment in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen and service areas, ensuring smooth operations and upholding our high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, including floors, equipment, and storage rooms
- Clean, sanitise, and properly store all dishware, silverware, glassware, and kitchen utensils
- Operate and maintain dishwashing and kitchen cleaning equipment
- Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen small wares
- Collaborate with culinary and food & beverage teams to ensure timely support during service
- Adhere to and help enforce sanitation procedures and health and safety regulations
- Participate in routine inspections to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in reducing breakage, loss, and misuse of chinaware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of all stewarding areas
- Contribute to sustainability and efficiency initiatives within the department
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
