As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, managing technical projects, and ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise system performance and security
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Analyse and resolve complex IT issues, providing technical support to end-users when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with organisational goals
- Monitor and report on IT system performance, security, and user satisfaction
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organisation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards
