Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, contributing to exceptional results in Guest, Colleague and Owner/Investor goals and outcomes.
Be Knowledgeable about the hotel's basic information, have a comprehensive understanding of all hotel products, facilities and the various services offered throughout the hotel, whether it be about guestrooms, food and beverage outlets or concessionaires. This information should be kept up to date to include any and all promotions.
Develop or conduct staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to the needs of the business.
Assist in the coordination of new rate offers including rate building, determining operational flows, communicating offers to the hotel community, and deficiency testing
Ensure information provided to guest is accurate and individualized
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
