This position helps to build a business by recognizing new business prospects and selling products and services to clients both rooms and events. They maintain relationships with the current clients and develop and maintain new client relationships.
Help boost for both sales and events, as well as maximizing the revenue to its full potential.
Communicate and coordinate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments.
Promote positive relations with clients and attend to all requests expediently and courteously
Defines precise clients requirements and ensures that the services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are efficiently addressed.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.
