We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while overseeing the daily operations of our outlets.
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Manage and motivate the F&B team, including scheduling, training, and performance support to achieve service excellence
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Promote and maintain awareness of the unique cultural and tourism aspects of AlUla in guest interactions
- Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and local regulations
