Hands on management, closely supervises the Event/ Banquet operational support team in the performance of their duties
Ensures operation are in accordance with policies and procedures, in line with the hotel regulation and governmental law
Coordinates all departments involved in setting up the event in line with the agreed specifications (banqueting connector needs, Kitchen, Rooms, IT Solutions, outside contractors and service-providers)
Maximize business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards
Ensure all the document and report are delivered as required
