At Sofitel Bahrain, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Chief Stewarding professional to lead our Stewarding Department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise the stewarding team to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in line with HACCP and hotel policies
Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of cleaning materials and kitchen equipment
Coordinate washing, cleaning, and polishing of kitchen utensils, silverware, and equipment
Monitor breakage, equipment maintenance, and cost control
Collaborate closely with Culinary and F&B teams to support operational needs
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff performance and schedules
