Be in charge of monthly following and declaring social insurance for all employees
Keep track of all types of leaves (CL, AL, OT,…) carefully and correctly
Be responsible for doing trainee payroll monthly
Record employee’s resignation and do resignation decision
Follow T&C’s working days
Register PIT and defendant monthly
Submit registration of labor utilization periodically
Assist colleagues with all HR related activities, queries and questions
Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
Have the knowledge of the labor law.
Assist T&C Manager to record employee’s expectations/ feedbacks
Notice any new or changed relevant laws and regulations which impact to the company
Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, and ensure an atmosphere of participative management.
Ensure optimum service through the effective communication of policies and procedures to all employees.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Manager
