- Auditing and managing third-party websites for consistency and accuracy
- Updating Google Business Pages and ensuring online listings are up to date
- Tracking and analysing digital performance using analytics tools
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across websites, email, and social media
- Creating and optimising content and landing pages for SEO
- Designing promotional materials including flyers, banners, menus, and email templates using Canva
- Supporting the development and scheduling of marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and responding to comments and feedback on social media
- Creating internal and external promotional content for activations and events
