Director of Sales
As a Heartist, you will be the driving force behind our hotel鈥檚 sales performance, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality and the international leisure market. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution, creating impactful partnerships and ensuring our property achieves its ambitious revenue goals.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies targeting the luxury leisure segment
- Actively represent the hotel in key international and regional markets, building direct relationships with clients and partners
- Generate new business opportunities across Leisure, and Group segments
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to maximize hotel performance
- Build the foundation for long-term commercial success by shaping structure, culture, and processes
