Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations teams
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and discreetly
Promote hotel services, dining outlets, and local attractions
Maintain lobby presence to ensure guests feel attended to at all times
Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special events
Uphold luxury brand standards, grooming, and etiquette at all times
