1. Distribution Channel Management
- Manage and optimize Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.
- Develop and oversee the sales strategy across all channels (direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, corporate clients, etc.).
- Ensure consistency of content, photos, descriptions, and room information across all platforms.
2. System and Technology Management - Operate and maximize use of Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure smooth system integrations (e.g., between PMS, RMS, and channel manager).
- Set up and update rate plans, promotions, and packages in distribution systems.
3. Pricing Strategy - Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement competitive pricing strategies based on market demand.
- Ensure accurate rate implementation across all distribution channels.
4. Analysis & Reporting - Analyze the performance of each distribution channel and provide optimization recommendations.
- Produce distribution reports and support the Revenue Management team with forecasting and budgeting.

- Act as a liaison between the hotel and distribution partners (OTA account managers, B2B partners, etc.).
