Job Description

Proven experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and drone operation
Skilled in design and editing tools
(Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Licensed or experienced in drone operation (certification is a plus)
Able to manage end-to-end content creation independently
Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel content is a plus
Able to work on-site in Bintan and meet tight deadlines
Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset
