Contribute to the overall hotel strategy, including annual marketing planning and budgeting, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B teams
Develop and manage annual and quarterly digital and e-commerce plans and budgets across direct and indirect channels
Identify market trends, insights, and revenue opportunities to drive growth across Rooms, F&B outlets, and MICE
Own the design, content, functionality, and performance of the hotel website, ensuring brand consistency, optimal user experience, SEO/SEA effectiveness, and conversion optimization
Ensure website content is high-quality, relevant, and regularly updated with promotions, events, and offers
Drive web direct performance through SEO, SEA, display advertising, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization
Ensure Accor App visibility, content accuracy, and usage uplift in line with brand standards
Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners, coordinating strategy and promotions with the Director of Revenue
Activate and optimize digital tools and sponsored products across OTA platforms
Monitor rate parity and optimize hotel content, imagery, offers, and visibility across OTAs, metasearch, and GDS
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and metasearch channels
Lead social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and source markets
Manage CRM and email marketing activities for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets in line with strategy and corporate guidelines
Use data and analytics to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across digital touchpoints
Oversee the hotel鈥檚 online reputation, monitoring guest feedback and working closely with Guest Relations and Operations teams to address issues and enhance guest experience
