The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all information systems, technology infrastructure, and digital services within the hotel, in compliance with Accor Group standards. The role supports business continuity, guest experience, and operational excellence through reliable and innovative IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, P&C, Finance, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephony, servers, and end-user devices.
- Ensure system availability, performance, data security, and business continuity at all times.
- Implement Accor technology standards, policies, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
Systems & Applications
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Accor systems such as Opera, Micros, Accor Apps, Oyasis, and reporting platforms.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.
- Provide technical support for hotel departments and troubleshoot system issues.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Enforce Accor鈥檚 Information Security and Data Protection policies.
- Monitor and protect systems from cyber threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with local data protection regulations and Accor security audits.
- Control IT budgets, licenses, and asset inventory.
User Support & Training
- Provide day-to-day IT support to Heartists.
- Train users on systems, security awareness, and best practices.
- Promote digital efficiency and automation across departments.
Strategic Support
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements to enhance guest experience and hotel productivity.
