Reporting to Sales Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assistant Sale Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize MICE revenue and market share
- Assistant Sale Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE sector, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and client satisfaction
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market insights
