Reporting to our Head Chef you will be responsible the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items.
⢠You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment.
⢠As a leader in our Kitchen you will be expected to develop and coach our junior chefs, and provide them with learning opportunities and access to your experience and knowledge.
⢠As our Chef de Partie you will also have the opportunity to work Sous Chef on menu development and creation.
⢠Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
⢠Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
⢠Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
⢠Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times.
⢠Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products
