What You Will Be Doing:
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
Set up service stations and ensures bussing of stations throughout the shift
Assist bartenders with maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, re-stocking ice and food service
Assist servers with food service, bussing, maintaining stocks and clean glassware
Full knowledge of Food & Beverage menus and offerings
Creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assists with guest enquiries
Review daily reports, arrivals, VIP鈥檚, and groups in house
Other duties as assigned
