Monitor operations, support and assist staff, and inform management of any pertinent information.

Ensure customer satisfaction.
Printing Menus when required and upselling Destination Dining.
Ensure proper preparation and presentation of all items.
Greet and briefly converse with guests in room while delivering trolleys/meals
Set up table and serve food from trolley in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
Uncover and present food to ensure that all items are correctly received.
Answer enquiries with regards to In Villa Dining and responds to requests for additional F&B services
Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity
Collect and neatly stack dirty dishes on trolley, table, or tray and remove from rooms or retrieve from hall outside of rooms
Break down trays and trolleys at stewarding area
Clean work station including room service trolleys, hot boxes and room service shelves. Maintain department’s service and storage areas in a clean and tidy condition
Ensure that work station is stocked with appropriate condiments at all times
Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Report guests feedbacks, complaints or other irregularities to management and follow up if necessary
Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required.
Fully responsible for setting up Destination dining, and create a “WOW EXPERIENCE”.
